Dar Ambrosia is a riad style house located in the middle of the small seaside medina of Assilah - Spread over three levels, the top terrace is the perfect place to watch the fisherman head out to sea, or watch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean - The house is located in a quiet private alley, but only a few steps away from the main trading area of the medina.
Relax
The house is designed around a central open courtyard creating a seamless move from indoors to
outdoors. There are plenty of spaces to sit, relax, and read a book alone or in a group. The house is an eclectic mix of design elements that make it both intrinsically Moroccan and personal. We have supported local artisans and traders as much as possible to ensure that Dar Ambrosia reflects its location.
Recharge
There are a total of six generous double
bedrooms all with a private bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms can be reconfigured
into a two single-bed option. In addition
to the bedrooms, plenty of space is spread
out through the house for guests to
gather with friends, family, and fellow
travelers, or to spend some quiet time
recharging your soul.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor,
leading onto the central
open courtyard and fountain
The middle floor is home to three ensuite bedrooms, as well as a cosy reading room to relax in.
Steps lead up to the terraces where the 6th bed and bathroom is located
Rendevouz
There is a sociable dining space in the groundfloor next to the kitchen, as well as options to dine on the terrace and watch the sunset.
The kitchen has all the crockery, cutlery and general cooking paraphenalia you will need, We also have options for catering on request.

We had an amazing stay at dar Ambrosia. Everything was just PERFECT. The location, the beds so comfy, the decoration. Also the most wonderful thing is the rooftops to enjoy a wonderful sunset. Everything was made with too much love.We loved our days at this riad and will definitely be back soon.
Dar Ambrosia was the very best place we stayed while in Morocco for 2 weeks. It is beyond expectations.We had a marvelous on the incredibly designed terrace that overlooked the ocean and sunset.Asilah is very walkable, with many beautiful art walls and paintings to potentially buy if desired. We were never lost in the medina. The air is fresh and clean.Dar Ambrosia was perfect.
Our stay at Dar Ambrosia was just lovely, despite the rain.The house is beautiful, the rooftops beyond amazing and the beds so comfy. We sat under the the covered terrace so contentedly, taking in the glorious views, loving every minute. It was so hard to leave this dreamy accommodation.
